Dr Grace Kim B. DSc (UQ) MICOI Dip.FWAUPS

Dr Grace graduated from the University of Queensland in 2009 with a Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry. She grew up in the Brisbane Buyside area and worked in Wynnum West before starting her own dental practice.

Dr Grace is experienced in providing general and specialised dental services, including Periodontal care, Surgical removal of wisdom teeth and treating children. Dr Grace is able to provide Orthodontic care for children and adults.   (Completed Vital Orthodontics Course with NSW ADA in 2014.) Dr Grace is experienced and highly skilled with advanced implant surgical procedures like sinus lift, ridge augmentation, and immediate implant placement.

• Visiting lecturer at the Oral Surgery Department of Daegu Catholic University, South Korea, since 2017.
• Fellow and Master’s in Implant Surgery and Prosthetics with the International Congress of Oral Implantology.
• Diplomate of the World Academy of Ultrasonic Piezoelectric Bone Surgery.
• Surgical Instructor and Course director for WAUPS Advanced surgical Implant training program since 2017.

Dr Grace has undertaken additional training in areas such as Dentofacial Aesthetics and autotransplantation of teeth. Her clinical approach includes minimally invasive surgical techniques, biological enhancers and ultrasonic piezoelectric surgery. She was the first clinician in Australia to introduce Decalcified Tooth Bone Graft and has provided training for other dental professionals with VacuaSonic Australia.
